1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at:

info@vitabarcelona.com

within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must show no signs of wear, washing, stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or damage

VITA Barcelona reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear without hygiene seal

  • Bodysuits without protective strip

  • Earrings and accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

If the hygiene seal has been removed, the return will be rejected.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@vitabarcelona.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The items you wish to return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the return does not meet the required conditions, it may be rejected or partially refunded.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact us at info@vitabarcelona.com

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions described above.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the delivery date.
