VITA Barcelona currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including weekends.
During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, pre-orders, holidays), processing times may be extended.
4. Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners operating in the United States (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx).

Standard shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

If you purchase a pre-order product:
The estimated shipping date will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the purchase date.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available.

VITA Barcelona is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Force majeure events
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Peak seasonal demand
If a delay occurs, we will do our best to assist in tracking the shipment.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitabarcelona.com.
Include your order number and photographic evidence if applicable.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the transport company. However, we will assist you in resolving any issue.

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk transfers upon delivery to the address indicated by the customer.

In accordance with applicable United States consumer protection laws, VITA Barcelona undertakes to ship orders within the timeframe stated in this policy.
If the company fails to ship within the stated timeframe, the customer may be entitled to a refund or other remedies as required by applicable law.
14. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
If the customer independently selects a carrier not proposed by VITA Barcelona, risk transfers upon delivery to that carrier.

VITA Barcelona shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes or labor disputes
Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Pandemics
Supply chain interruptions
In such cases, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
16. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without valid reason:
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Any return costs charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount.
17. Partial Deliveries
VITA Barcelona reserves the right to deliver orders in partial shipments when necessary.
No additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer for partial deliveries.
18. Limitation of Liability
VITA Barcelona shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable United States law.
